Right now the Scintilla ecosystem is intentionally focused:

1. Scintilla Flare Validator
2. Infrastructure providers on Flare/Songbird (including oracle/data-provider capabilities)
3. Scintilla Locate (in development)

Focus principle: one excellent flagship protocol (Locate) beats many half-finished initiatives.
