The Scintilla Foundation website is intended to serve as the Foundation’s public institutional interface. It is designed to make the Foundation’s broader mission, governance posture, structural separation, ecosystem responsibilities, and initiative-specific work legible in one place.
Over time, the site should accumulate public artifacts of stewardship, including governance notes, reports, policy documents, technical references, conceptual materials, and initiative-specific documents. The purpose of publishing these materials is not volume, but legibility.
